Oncology aesthetics is not a stand alone treatment or services but the education of a therapist to adjust beauty and spa services including skin, massage, nails and hair for those going through cancer treatment. The intention, with oncology education is to create a safe space of comfort, rest and relief from the unpleasant side effects of cancer treatment and boosting an overall sense of wellbeing and confidence.  

Having been through breast cancer myself in 2016, I have firsthand experience of cancer treatment including the effects of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation and all that follows thereafter. I understand how it affects our body and wellbeing. Having oncology aesthetics education, I have the skills and training to best adjust treatments for comfort and safety.

At the time of my own oncology treatments, I found it challenging to safely find the TLC I craved and decided after a few uncomfortable or disappointing experiences that once I was well again that I would focus whole heartedly on creating a safe nurturing space for others finding their way through their own cancer experience.

After consultation all services can be adjusted for client comfort, tailored to individual needs and treatment plans and all treatments delivered with loving support x
